Josh is the Co-Founder and CEO of the PBC Conference, the B2B conference for payments, banking, and compliance in the cannabis industry. Josh started the PBC Conference for the private sector and government to work together to solve payments, banking, and compliance challenges in the cannabis industry.

Josh is also a corporate and regulatory compliance attorney at Cogent Law Group LLP in Washington, DC where he is a leader in the firm's cannabis and Fintech practice groups. Josh's clients consist of start-ups, entrepreneurs, and companies in all stages of development. Josh is a zealous advocate for his clients and has spoken on Capitol Hill and other public forums on issues related to financial services in the cannabis and Fintech industries.

Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore and his law degree from American University, Washington College of Law.
