Susan Crum is a Senior Cannabis and Hemp Banking Relationship Manager at Dart Bank, a community bank headquartered in Mason, Michigan, which began serving the cannabis industry in 2018. Susan moved into cannabis banking with intention, first taking the time to understand the business of cannabis and the role the plant plays in people’s lives. She holds Green Flower’s Cannabis Basics Certification and the Certified Cannabis Banking Professional (CCBP) designation. Susan began her cannabis banking work by standing up a cannabis banking program at a small Massachusetts credit union and now serves on the NCIA Banking and Financial Services Committee. She is a strong advocate for equitable, transparent, and accessible financial services and supports the cannabis industry through a deep respect for the plant as a personal, lifestyle, and wellness choice.
