Rowen is the Vice President of Client Services at Empyreal Logistics, bringing over a decade of experience across the banking and credit union industry, along with deep expertise in Cash-in-Transit operations. His background spans both financial institutions and their commercial clients, giving him a unique, end-to-end perspective on the client experience.

 Prior to his current role, Rowen held regional leadership positions overseeing multiple bank and credit union branches across several states, where he focused on growth, operational performance, and maintaining strong compliance standards within highly regulated environments. Through his work in local markets, he played a key role in supporting expansion efforts, including the success of new branches.

 Today, he partners closely with financial institutions to lead onboarding and implementation strategies, with a strong track record of successfully launching national clients. Known for his hands-on, results-driven approach, Rowen excels at building strong client relationships, driving accountability, and developing processes that support long-term success.

 With experience across credit unions, banks, and the Cash-in-Transit industry, Rowen brings a well-rounded understanding of the challenges financial institutions face. He is passionate about helping clients transition seamlessly, strengthening partnerships, and continuously elevating the customer experience.
