Natalie is an entrepreneur, speaker, and philanthropist who was born in Eastern Germany and raised in the Soviet Union. Her childhood exposed her to the beauty and intricacies of diverse cultures throughout Europe and Asia.

Her career as an entrepreneur began at 19, when she co-founded a hi-tech business alongside her future husband. This venture opened doors to collaborations with partners across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

While expanding her new business, Natalie continued studies in business, finance, and HR across Germany, Belarus, England, and Canada. As business grew to 150+ employees in several countries, Natalie and her husband developed systems and processes that allowed them to step back from day-to-day operations, giving Natalie the opportunity to focus on growing their family, pursuing her passion for interior design, and volunteering.

BuzzCodex began when she was holding her newborn son and wanted to find a better way to handle the challenges of life, like juggling work, being a new mom, and settling in a new country.

By reconciling her own conflicting demands and enabling middle managers to create programs that help individuals balance work, personal, and family obligations for optimal results, she creates a balance between business goals and people's well-being. Her strategies of emphasizing true belonging, diversity, personal optimization, and constructive collaboration at work lead to unmatched corporate performance and increase employee satisfaction and productivity.

Spurred by positive client feedback, Natalie pursued international certification as a Result Coach through the prestigious Authentic Education coaching, speaking, and business program in Australia, as well as advanced training in Canada and the USA. She draws inspiration from esteemed mentors such as Ben Harvey, Cham Tang, Justin Guarini, Kari Michaelsen, Kim Walsh-Phillips, and Suzanne Evans.

Her personal optimization system, B.L.E.N.D., allows people and organizations to increase profits and quality time without sacrificing either.
