Megan brings over a decade of experience in the banking industry, specializing in BSA/AML, investigations, CDD/EDD/KYC, and most recently, cannabis-related banking. As the Manager, MRB Compliance at Wright Patt Credit Union, Megan leads a dedicated team of MRB Analysts, overseeing program quality assurance and emerging as a Subject Matter Expert in the field. Megan played a pivotal role in establishing the MRB Program, facilitating banking services to cannabis businesses in Ohio for over 7 years—making WPCU the first in the state to support these underbanked enterprises. She has been instrumental in enhancing every aspect of the MRB Compliance department, contributing to the success of variance independent audits and regulatory exams each year.
