Karen 'KMesh' Meshkov, MBA is an executive recruitment and talent advisory leader, leadership development coach, and community builder in the emerging, legal cannabis industry through her roles as Principal at KMesh Cann Coaching and Consulting, and Senior Advisor of Growth & Strategy at Emerald Lane Recruitment, a global executive search and human capital advisory firm. 

Since 2019, Karen has successfully placed over 125 executives at the Manager, Director, VP, C-level, and BoD levels-- into pivotal roles at multi-state operators (MSOs), single-state operators (SSOs), and ancillary service firms nationwide. With a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities, she has been instrumental in shaping leadership teams that drive growth and innovation.
