Jacques is particularly skilled in helping businesses navigate complex inflection points and difficult industries. His work includes court-appointed receiverships, bankruptcy proceedings, and financial restructurings—bringing disciplined execution and a practical, hands-on approach to each engagement.

Under Jacques' leadership, Opus Consulting established one of the first full-service corporate consulting practices for the cannabis industry. He has advised over 100 cannabis ventures on licensing, operations, and strategy, and has pioneered the receivership process for cannabis businesses in multiple states. He is an approved Receiver for cannabis operations in Massachusetts, where he oversaw the first receivership for Ermont. Additionally, he has been appointed Receiver for The Source in Nevada, PharmaCann in Maryland, Glorious Cannabis in Michigan and Massachusetts, and 4Front Ventures, which has operations in Illinois, Washington, and Massachusetts.

Jacques and his team have facilitated the launch and management of numerous cannabis companies across states including Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Michigan, and Hawaii. In 2011, Jacques co-founded Wellness Connection of Maine, the state's largest group of marijuana dispensaries and the first large, vertically-integrated East Coast operation. As CFO, he focused on strategy, management, operations, compliance, administration, banking relationships, taxes, audits, facility construction, and fostering relationships with financing partners and vendors.

In his capacity as a fractional CFO, Jacques utilizes his strategic and financial expertise to help companies improve fiscal controls, cash flow, and align financial operations with long-term goals. His team assists clients nationwide in navigating the complexities of starting, operating, and improving businesses, successfully guiding clients through challenging workout situations in various sectors, including food processing, hospitality, and social services.

Santucci began his career at Ernst & Young as an auditor and then at Universal Pictures in Paris, France. Jacques has also worked for international groups in Europe and in the USA in leadership capacities.
