Daniel Vallejo is the Vice President Bank Secrecy Act Officer at Bridgewater Bank, where he oversees the bank’s compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and financial crimes laws and regulations. Additionally, he oversees the bank's Cannabis Banking risk program, including program development, the development of risk management policy, and strategic planning and advisory. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Commercial Cannabis Expert (CCCE).

In addition to his role at Bridgewater Bank, he coaches the Jessup International Law Moot Court team at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Daniel is a member of ACAMS, the membership chair of the ACAMS Upper Midwest Chapter board, and serves on the Minnesota Bankers Association’s BSA/AML Committee. He lives in Minneapolis.
