Brian K. Fitzpatrick has spent more than 30 years attacking the hardest problems in underwriting, due diligence, and audit — first  in consumer lending and residential first mortgages, and today across payments and banking. He is a three-time CEO of regulatory  technology companies, each of which achieved a successful exit, and his career has been built on a single premise: the most  complex, judgment-heavy, exception-driven processes in financial services are precisely the ones most worth automating.

An automation expert in regulatory technology, Brian has repeatedly taken processes that institutions assumed required human  review at every step — file-level loan quality review, document verification, merchant and beneficial-owner diligence, sanctions  and licensing validation, ongoing monitoring, and exam-ready audit trails — and rebuilt them using advanced automation,  machine learning, AI, and blockchain-based evidence. His work centers on helping banks, payment processors, ISOs, and  regulatory authorities make faster, better-documented risk decisions without adding headcount, and on giving examiners and  counterparties something durable to look at when they ask how a decision was reached.

Brian co-founded Qredible, Inc. in May 2019 and serves as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. Under his leadership,  Qredible has grown from a compliance platform for the hemp and CBD supplements industry into a blockchain- and AI-powered  digital registry supporting more than 40 highly regulated industries, serving financial institutions, payment processors, ISOs, and  regulated merchants nationwide. He is also the creator and host of Qredible Live, a broadcast reaching thousands of viewers,  where he engages industry leaders on regulatory, compliance, and technology developments.

Prior to Qredible, Brian was Chief Executive Officer of LoanLogics, Inc., where he led the development of technology that  automated the loan acquisition process through advanced underwriting and due diligence — automating the review, trading, and  acceptance of the entire mortgage loan file for correspondent loan acquisition and for mortgage servicing rights acquisition and  trading. That work included LoanHD, an automated loan quality management platform used to audit residential mortgage assets  at scale, and IDEA, a document processing platform built on OCR, machine learning, and AI.

Earlier in his career, Brian served as President of Lydian Technology Group and Executive Vice President of Product Strategy at  Lydian Data Services, LLC. At Decade Systems Corporation, he led the development and launch of the industry’s first cloud-based  integration platform for transforming data from multiple systems for delivery to secondary market investors, acquirers, and  securitizers — fundamentally changing how loans were bought and sold on the secondary market. He began his career in  enterprise software sales, including a leadership role in the Consumer Asset Management Division at Electronic Data Systems  (EDS).
