Ben began his cannabis banking career with Regent Bank in 2020 as a compliance analyst for their CRB Monitoring Team. He is currently leading the CRB Customer Success Team with an emphasis on developing program strategy, leading the client onboarding program, and developing partnerships with their clients. As their program continues to grow, he is focused on ensuring that Regent Bank becomes our clients’ trusted partner by providing concierge-style banking services with a focus on compliance and tailored banking products.

After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Ben began working in the financial services industry. His primary focus was providing clients and investors with proxy advisory and corporate governance solutions. It was during his 8-year tenure, he developed his passion to provide a truly exceptional client service experience. He brings that energy to Regent’s CRB program while also understanding the importance of navigating the challenges of this highly-regulated industry.
