Ari Raptis is the founder and CEO of Talaria Transportation and National Secure Transport, companies that provide logistics and cash management infrastructure for highly regulated industries. Ari launched these ventures in his 20s after identifying a critical gap in secure, compliant transportation for Pennsylvania’s newly established medical cannabis market.

Under his leadership, Talaria has grown into the largest cannabis logistics provider in the United States, operating across roughly 30 states and facilitating the movement of more than $3 billion in regulated product and cash. Through its sister company, National Secure Transport, the organization also delivers cash-in-transit, vaulting, and financial logistics services for cannabis operators and other cash-intensive businesses, working with dozens of financial institutions and interfacing with Federal Reserve systems.

Ari built his companies around disciplined compliance, institutional-grade security, and operational reliability. His workforce includes hundreds of employees, many of whom are former law enforcement or military professionals, reflecting a strong emphasis on safety, accountability, and precision. Over more than eight years of operations, his companies have maintained a zero-loss record for both product and cash movement, an uncommon achievement in high-risk, highly regulated environments.

Ari has focused on building infrastructure that enables the broader cannabis industry to function reliably despite regulatory fragmentation. His work supports hundreds of cultivators, manufacturers, and dispensaries nationwide, ensuring that both product and capital move securely and without interruption.

Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
